Privacy

This policy covers the manuscript files and order details you send to Taleem — what is collected, who sees it, and what is deliberately not kept.

What we collect

  • Your name, phone number and email address, as entered on the order form or sent on WhatsApp.
  • The delivery address for the finished books.
  • The order details: service, page size, binding, colour, quantity and deadline.
  • The files you send: manuscript, cover art and references.

The files you send, and how long they live

Manuscripts and artwork are opened to produce the quote and, if the order goes ahead, to produce the book. They are not published, shown to other customers, or used in the portfolio without your written permission.

We do not keep a copy of your manuscript. The working file is deleted when the job is complete and the books have been delivered. There is no archive of manuscripts, no library of past books, and nothing left to leak. A later reprint therefore means sending the file again.

What is kept is the business record: the order details, the invoice and the payment reference. Those are kept for as long as accounting requires, and they contain no part of the manuscript.

Who else sees the data

  • Tally hosts the order form and its uploads.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website and the files it serves.
  • The printer receives the files for the job it is printing, and only those files.
  • The courier receives the delivery name, address and phone number.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is passed to anyone else.

If something goes wrong

If a copy of your manuscript were ever disclosed through a mistake of ours, we are liable to compensate you for it. That commitment is written into the terms, not just promised here.

Fonts

This site loads two font families from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google's servers, which see the IP address of the browser making it. No cookie is set by this site and no analytics run on it.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you using the contact page — WhatsApp 01331039606 or taleempress@gmail.com. A deletion request removes the order details we still hold; it does not cancel an order that is still running.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Orders are governed by the version in force when the order was placed.
