WhatsApp, email and the studio's details, plus what to include in a first message so a quote can come back without a round of questions.
A message with the book details gets a useful answer. A message that asks what it costs to print a book gets a question back, because the answer depends on the book.

WhatsApp is the fastest route: send the manuscript and the four details, and a quote comes
back by email. A support@taleempress.com address is being set up and will replace the
Gmail address once it is live.
What to include in a first message
- The title and author, and the language of the book.
- The page size, binding, colour and quantity you have in mind.
- Roughly how many pages the manuscript runs to.
- The date you need the finished books.
- Whether you need a cover designed as well.
With those answers, a quote is usually one reply away. Without them, the reply has to be a list of questions.
Manuscripts
Send the manuscript in whatever format it already exists: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe InDesign or PDF. We do not keep it after the job — the privacy page says how long a file lives and who sees it.
If you already have an order
Quote the order number from your invoice when you call or write, so the book can be found without a search. Corrections to a job in progress go to the same WhatsApp number.
Files
Large files do not belong in an email. Paste a Google Drive or WeTransfer link instead — the order form has a field for it.
